This is what Elevate gives you. 7 steps that appear simple on the outset, but which carry a lot of power individually and when put together. It is a method that you can learn to apply to any size project or any stage in your life - whether that is redecorating the house, planning an exciting holiday, writing a novel or even finding yourself a new routine once your kids go to school.

All those things you wanted to see, have, feel, be or do - they’re all possible, although maybe not all at once.

Having a structure and a process that helps you get from where you are, to where you want to be is the difference between failure and success.

As Ferris Bueller says, “life moves pretty fast” - and if you don’t want to get to another birthday or new year without ticking off at least some of what you want to do, then this programme can help you.

Through this programme, I will teach you how to:

Dream as big as you like and examine your responses to who you want to be, how you want to feel and what you want to be doing. We time travel to see yourself in the future and what that looks like if you make the commitment and do the work.

In this phase you will learn how to decide on the right course of action for you at this time, how to recognise obstacles you might face, calculate any detours you may need to take and how to celebrate achieving those milestones.

We all need different help and support in our lives, depending on what we’re working on, what changes we need to make, who else might be involved. In this phase you will create your own, ideal toolkit that will ensure that you have resources and people in place to support you.

As we’ve experienced, having a plan is one thing, doing it is another. You will learn how to create new habits and thought patterns that will help you not only take action once, but take it consistently. You will learn ways to hold yourself accountable for what you do (and do not) do.
