Redundancy can bring a lot of emotions; shock, uncertainty, relief, even curiosity about what’s next. Whether you’re considering voluntary redundancy or have already been told your role is at risk, it can be hard to know where to start.
Coaching gives you a calm, confidential space to pause, think and plan your next chapter — one that fits you and your life, not just your job title.
This isn’t CV writing or interview coaching. It’s about helping you make sense of what’s happening, rebuild your confidence and decide what you really want next, whether that’s staying in your field, retraining, going freelance, or something completely new.
Redundancy isn’t the end of the story
How coaching can help
Every conversation is led by you. We’ll focus on what you most need that session.
Common topics include:
Exploring your options and next steps
Building confidence after redundancy
Balancing practical choices with personal wellbeing
Finding direction after years in the same role or industry
Creating a personalised action plan to move forward
I’ve supported many people across the theatre and arts world — from front of house and finance to support teams and creative roles and I understand how uncertain the industry can feel right now.
You can choose a 3-session or 6-session package, depending on what you need.
🔹 3 sessions – from £240
A short, focused space to get clear on what’s next and start moving forward.
🔹 6 sessions – from £450
More time and support to explore your options in depth and keep the momentum going as you take action.
Sessions are 60-75 minutes, held online (Zoom) and scheduled to suit you — usually every 2–4 weeks.
Between sessions, you’ll have optional email support and reflection prompts to help you stay on track.
