But life moves fast, it gets in the way. We have responsibilities, calls on our time from work, family, friends. Somehow we allow our desires and needs to get pushed further and further back. We don’t make the progress we want. Suddenly another week, another month, another year has gone by and we’re heading further and further down a road we don’t want to be on - or we’re staying in exactly the same place as we watch others make the progress we want. We feel angry, frustrated, resentful. We beat ourselves up and call ourselves lazy.

Through personalised Zoom calls, we’ll work together to get you from where you are to where you want to be—whether that’s making a big life change, tackling a long-held goal, or simply finding your way again.

I recommend a minimum of 3 coaching sessions to start with. That’s because it can get time to get comfortable with change and to start testing what we want to implement.
My starter package is £200 and includes:
1 x 1.25hour initial coaching session
2 x 1hour coaching sessions
An accountability check-in between sessions (email)
Additional sessions are available at £75 an hour.
All calls take place on zoom.
