I'm Holly - coach, co-founder of The Coaching Circle, cat lover & your biggest cheerleader.

When I was made redundant during the pandemic from a career in theatre I’d had for over a decade, I faced a huge change in my life & left me feeling untethered & lost. I found new tools & techniques that helped me adjust & set me on a new career path, with more job satisfaction & work/life balance than ever before. These tools are now just some of those I share with clients to help them navigate new paths.

I have a degree in Psychology, I’m a member of the British Psychological Society and I have over 12 years’ experience in the Arts industry and 10 in visitor attractions and retail. After redundancy, I finally took the decision to change careers, to go back to training and become an accredited coach. I wanted to use my learnings and my skills to help others to make real change, to help them lead happier, more contended lives.

With an additional background in Wellbeing, I have an evidence-based holistic approach to coaching making use of a variety coaching models and tools. I draw from techniques including positive psychology and neuroscience.

In our sessions we'll talk about what you're dealing with & what you want with honesty & without judgement. We'll identify the obstacles & opportunities in front of you & clarify what’s important to you.
